Job Description

- Managing fixed price engineering projects towards defined customer and internal requirements
- Manage team members, customers, end users and partners with issue/problem resolutions, including participation in technical meetings
- Balance time, cost, and quality targets from external and internal project stakeholders
- Report on project sales, internal, external hours, efficiency, project costs and operating expenses
- Analyse and report impacts causing deviations to project scope
- Create/ update project design estimates and participate in project proposal creation as input to sales

Job Requirements

- Engineering university degree, preferably aerospace or similar educational background
- Good project management experience (min 3 years) in aerospace environment
- Good technical understanding and willingness to keep learning
- Good knowledge of project management methods and tools
- Experience in aircraft modification projects (STC) as a plus
- Proactive attitude, driving projects towards targets
- Good communication skills in English and German
- SAP knowledge as a plus
