Job Description

• In this position, you are managing our office in Donauwörth and have the responsibility for the team, the project performance, the site budget und the growth of our local activities.
• You develop strategic concepts for sales and business development with our customer Airbus Helicopters and other customers in southern Germany / DACH.
• You lead and develop the interdisciplinary team and ensure their efficient and effective project execution.
• You conduct contract and price discussions, create offers and engage in active customer management.
• You take responsibility for recruiting technical specialists, implement suitable personnel marketing campaigns and guide your employees through individual support.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering
• Track record in a similar position
• Network in the Airbus Helicopter domain
• Aeronautic environment knowledge (useful in military program)
• Aeronautic Standards (DO-160, CS-29,…) knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English and German, French would be a plus
• Strong and proven communication and organization skills
• Project management and reactivity to answer to the supplier/client questions
• Mobility (Germany | Donauwörth)
