Purchasing Administrative (m/f/d)

Als Ansprechpartner/in im Bereich der Einkaufsabteilung bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit, spannende Themen in einer freundlichen und offenen Arbeitsatmosphäre in einem internationalen Luftfahrtumfeld zu bearbeiten.
Deine Aufgaben:
• Kontakt für Lieferanten im In- und Ausland sowie interne Kunden
• Beschaffung und Koordination von externem Personal
• Pflege und Verwaltung der Lieferantenstammdaten im SAP-Tool
• Sicherstellung von fristgerechten Dokumenten- und Vertragserstellung sowie Gewährleistung des Informationsflusses innerhalb des Teams
• Erstellung von Bestellungen und fristgerechte Rechnungsbearbeitung
• sowie allgemeine Aufgaben im Einkaufsbereich

Dein Profil
• Organisationsgeschick, Engagement und Eigeninitiative
• Hohes Maß an Vertrauenswürdigkeit
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und idealerweise SAP
• Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
