Purchaser (m/f/d)

Your Key Responsibilities:

As a purchaser, you will be responsible for buying products that are essential for our company's day-to-day operation. You will be in charge of researching and evaluating suppliers based on different criteria: price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, supplier's reputation and history. You will purchase requisitions for goods & services, prepare and solicit request for quotations as well as creating and maintaining good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.

Part of your responsibilities will include:

• Follow up orders with suppliers
• Be the first point of contact for internal customer regarding delivery dates and order status
• Follow-up Key Performance Indicators
• Validate invoices and clarify deviations
• Clarify non conform deliveries
• Prepare tenders and perform supplier selection
• Assist on projects

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a comparable position
• Good knowledge of purchasing processes and requirements
• Knowledge of ERP systems preferably SAP
• Fluent in English and German
• Adaptability and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
