Job Description

As Onsite Support Representative some of the tasks and responsibilities you can expect to be involved in include:

- Answering to all customer concerns regarding technical support and installation problems on Airbus aircrafts in Hamburg

- Performing troubleshooting and first analysis together with the customer teams. The product range includes approximately 50 items and covers everything from computers to panels and lights to small electric engines

- Providing logistical support for urgent deliveries, LRI and Consumable stock management

- Executing minor ad-hoc interventions such as metallization, changing bulbs, lable replacements and changing of buttons

Complementary Description

The Onsite Support Representative will be trained in Toulouse on the specifics of the product range.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a professional with technical knowledge - preferably with an electrical engineering background. The candidate must have strong and convincing communication skills and at minimum 5 years experience in cooperating and negotiating with demanding customers.
