Job Description

Define and set up required capacity in accordance with the workload for all FTI activities.
Create and communicate the weekly repartition of the team:
- Define, communicate and achieve weekly targets in order to achieve the major milestones / program targets
- Ensure the coordination between all teams (Technical support, planners, Technical Coordinator…)
- Ensure achievement of performance targets
- Continous improvement of processes and organisation in order to improve the efficiency
- Continous improvement of skills: define training needs & set-up training plans
- Ensure the application of Quality and HSE rules
- Ensure achievement of customer and internal targets
- Continous improvement of processes & performance


Planning, programming and test of FTI acquisition units before installing in Aircrafts.
Installation of all FTI equipment such as sensors, acquisition units, wires, harnesses in Aircraft and test.
- Check and repair cable bundles according to drawings.
- Pick out the right sensors according to customer order. Calibrate sensors and sort out defective sensors.
- Calibrate Sensors on the test rigs according to customer requirements.
- Manufacture of cable bundles according to customer requirements and drawings.
- Production and planning of circuit diagrams after consultation with the customer.
- Troubleshooting on measurement systems (on Aircraft and in Lab)

Job Requirements

2-3 years experience in Aircraft Electronics or harness manufacturing or FTI
- Basic skills in aircraft harness manufacturing
- Ability to read and create electronic drawings
- Ability to work and manage under pressure
- Assertiveness
- Customer oriented mentality
