Job Description
Interface with the Customer on FAL level
• Ensure regular reporting (Daily KPI) of SAFRAN work progress to the customer
• Participate as SAFRAN representative to daily customer meetings
• Continuous drumbeat of internal work progress
• Secure closure of open points in line with customer needs
• Coordinate communication between production, ME- and support teams
• Drumbeat and escalation of internal and external blocking points
• Provide SAFRAN action plans in case of recovery
• Require and secure resources assignation according to validated burning plan
• Provide workload forecast (short/long term) in line with customer planning and assumptions
Job Requirements
At least three years of experience as Project Manager with preference in Aviation Electrics
and Structure and three years experience within Airbus
• Knowledge of practices and procedures within the aerospace industry
• Teamwork skills
• Assertiveness and standing in front of customer
• Good command of written and spoken English, intermediate skills in German
• French knowledge is a plus
