Operations Manager

In our A320neo factory in Hamburg, you will be responsible for
driving the human, financial and industrial business unit operations (podding and painting,
logistics, supply chain) to produce and ensure product quality at the targeted cost to the
business.
You will also ensure the advancement of business unit operations according to the
continuous improvement plan and assure customer satisfaction in terms of quality, cost and
delivery.
You will be responsible for ensuring that SAFRAN Group HSE and SMS rules and standards are properly applied
This position is based in Hamburg and reports both at site level (General Manager in
Hamburg) and at business level (A320neo operations in Toulouse).
You will be in relation with Airbus on a daily basis.

You have at least 8 years of experience in aerospace industry with a successful experience in
operations
