Job Description

Rattaché(e) au Responsable démarche amélioration continue du site, l'élève ingénieur aura pour missions:

- Piloter et mettre en place les actions d'amélioration afin de développer la maturité des lignes conformément aux standards Safran
- Participer au traitement des idées de progrès émanant du terrain et les concrétiser.
- Participer à la détection et à l'analyse des opportunités d'amélioration des processus du site
- Identifier les besoins internes en terme d'automatisation des tâches (contact avec les chefs de lignes, les responsables UAP et les équipes de développement industriel, …), les structurer et les prioriser, ceci afin d'alimenter la roadmap Usine du Futur
- Contribuer au déploiement de nouveaux outils digitaux
- Animer la conduite du changement
