Job Description

Au sein de la Direction Commercial et support et en collaboration avec le Customer Support Manager, vous serez en charge de :

- Participer au campagnes de ventes support et piloter les réponses aux appels d'offres avec les différents services internes
- Assurer le suivi de la prise de commande, du CA et des engagements économiques et finalisation du book PMT
- Gérer les avances/ acomptes dus, piloter le recouvrement des créances échues et le plan d'action associé
- Participer au renouvellement de Contrat de nos partenaires, suivi des rapports d'activité et des paiements associés.
- Participer au plan stratégique support & services avec attribution de certains chantiers (quick wins)
- Elaboration d'un book (référentiel) client/Produits&Programme/contrat pour le futur CSM

Job Requirements

Vous êtes étudiant(e) en école de Commerce (ou équivalent) et êtes prêt(e) à découvrir les missions variées d'un service Ventes Support & Services au travers d'une alternance.
Savoir être :
- Qualités de communication et bon relationnel
- Capacités de réflexion et esprit d'analyse
- Gout pour le travail en équipe
