GENERAL MANAGER SAFRAN ELECTRICAL AND POWER MOROCCO

General Manager for our operations in SEP Morocco (Temara, close to Rabat), responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business unit (1200 employees).

- Develop and execute the business unit's strategic plans to meet financial and operational goals.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve excellence in operational performance through Supply Chain, Industrial Program, Quality, manufacturing management, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies and central functions in the organization.
- Direct and participate in global marketing initiatives, interfacing with Sales and Marketing, to fulfill strategic planning objectives and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and safety.
