Your future work environment…

The ramp-up in repairs and Shop Visits is a major challenge for Safran Aircraft Engines.

The Customer Training Center (CTC) will play an essential role in the set-up of our training schools and the skill enhancement program that will accompany the ramp-up of repair workshops. It is therefore becoming an indispensable part of this dynamic strategy. This is bringing about a culture change, which means we are changing the way our training workshops are organized, to improve efficiency by capitalizing on the know-how of our instructors.

To this end, we are recruiting instructors to train future instructors, mechanics, shop inspectors and workers in the Safran Aircraft Engine network's workshops, as well as those of our customers and contractual partners.
