Job Description

Au sein de l'équipe "Customer Support and Program Managers" de la direction des Opérations Clients de Safran Aircraft Engines, vous assisterez le CSPM en charge des contrats de services et d'entretien des moteurs CFM & LEAP exploités par Alaska Airlines :
- Supporter et coordonner les flux logistiques et transports des turboréacteurs de l'opérateur ALASKA vers les stations de réparations,
- Prévoir et anticiper les déposes moteurs client, les affecter dans le réseau MRO Maintenance Repair and Overhaul,
- Supporter le pilotage opérationnel de la maintenance dans les ateliers, et assister la communication des statuts vers le client,
- Assister à la revue client hebdomadaire des encours,
- Revue Hebdo des projections de chiffres d'affaires et couts liés aux suivi des contrats de maintenance et des événements ateliers,
- Aider les administrations des ventes en leur proposant des factures et quotations,
- Proposer des solutions afin d'améliorer la rentabilité et TAT des contrats,
- Proposer une vision claire des exigences technique et qualité du client au travers du Plan Qualité

Job Requirements

L'apprenti-e devra faire preuve des qualités suivantes pour réussir au mieux dans cette mission :
Esprit d'initiative, rigueur, proactivité, fibre commerciale et compréhension de produits à forte technicité.

Niveau BAC+4 souhaité pour un contrat de 2 ans
