Job Description
Vos missions :
Surveillance du processus maintenance des outillages spécifiques (en cours de construction) :
• Etablir le plan de surveillance ;
• Maintenance 1er niveau (définir les outillages concernés) et 2ème niveau ;
• Participation à l'analyse des maintenances répétitives ;
• Suivi du plan d'actions associé.
DVIO participation au déploiement :
• Participation à la validation des jalons.
Suivi fournisseurs outillages spécifiques en binôme :
• ENQA ;
• 8D ;
Déplacements en binôme selon besoin pour :
• Revue d'industrialisation ;
• Pré-réception ;
• Surveillance.
AQ Interne (études) :
• Surveillance à mettre en place (identification des événements, types de défauts, analyse,
plan d'actions).
Surveillances flash sur les outillages en ligne (comparaison CRTL Gamme Outillage au poste
de montage).
Surveillance dans le cadre de la validation industrielle et de la formalisation du DVI montage.
