Job Description
Au sein de la PROGRAMME VISEURS AEROPORTES ET MARINE de la DIVISION DEFENSE, en qualité d'apprenti-e, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :
• Harmonisation des codes produits sur VO
• Harmonisation / vérification : des BL et Factures proforma avec ADV
• Traitement spécificités clients : statut de livraison avec FAB
• Livraison documentaire hors ADV et FAB : attestation, certificats,…
• Suivi statut de dossier de FAB puisque chaque demande client est spécifique avec des délais de livraisons très court.
• Mise en place d'un formulaire (check list) pour ces suivis.
• Vérification de la conformité des livraisons selon les contrats (documents contractuels : factures proforma, BL, DD, Docs LC, …)
• Initiation des données pour le S03 (après signature des contrats)
