We are building a new MRO shop in Hyderabad India for maintenance of Leap engines.
This shop will be one of the bigger of our network and activity will start in 2025 Q3.
In this context we are developping all the teams to support this entry into service.
The completeness engineer will be a critical position in our Supply chain team who will have monitor all the parts needed for reassembly in coordination with all cross functional teams.

Mission :
Supply Chain Sr. Engineer is responsible to track the availability of all the parts needed for Engine reassembly.
Anticipate critical parts
Follow up and escalated critical topics
Manage rotable flows

Complementary Description


Principal Responsibilities :
Track the coverage of external procurement materials and repaired materials.
Create and healthy relationship with the network teams for long term association.
Perform SAP transactions for parts allocations.
Coordinate activities between configuration team and warehouse team
Launch the physical preparation of parts done by warehouse team.
Anticipate all the critical parts needed for each Workscope in coordination with procurement
Manage the rotable flow with all the stakeholders and perform the related SAP transactions.
Interact with logistics partners to track the shipments of critical parts.
Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and global customers through regular local and global updates.

Job Requirements

Skills / Qualifications :
System:
Significant knowledge and past experience in Supply Chain processes (method, procurement, material follow-up) and relevant tools.
SAP MM module
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Power BI Knowledge shall be an added advantage
