Job Description

Au sein du secteur des Opérations Assemblage de la Direction Industrielle, vous intégrez le département Méthodes Support et Performance en qualité de pilote industriel Assemblage.

Votre fonction est de piloter des actions pour améliorer la performance des chaines d'assemblages (Qualité /Cout / Cycle / SSE …) et assurer la montée en cadence jusqu'au capacitaire maximum du module Inlet

Dans ce cadre, vos missions sont :
Finaliser le cadrage et assurer le pilotage du plan d'actions SQCDP pour l' assemblage Inlet:
- Finaliser le cadrage (ressources, budgets, objectifs, planning)
- mettre en œuvre les actions avec les métiers et/ou avec un fournisseur
- Animer les rituels
- Piloter l'avancement des actions
- Vérifier la performance des solutions déployées

Supporter les Ateliers d'Assemblage :
- Participer au support de la ligne du Havre et assurer le support au démarrage industriel de la ligne de Casa
