Au sein du Centre d'Excellence Industriel (CEI) Pièces Tournantes, dans le service "Turbines", vous serez en charge du déploiement de nouveaux indicateurs du service : d'organiser son cadrage, d'assurer son déploiement et de son animation.

La/le stagiaire sera rattaché hiérarchiquement au coordinateur support production du programme LEAP.

Les missions principales du stage seront les suivantes :

- Définir le besoin avec la hiérarchie du service
- Rationaliser le besoin selon les différentes base de données disponibles
- Etablir la planification des travaux (piloter le projet)
- Réaliser les indicateurs sous PowerBI
- Automatiser la mise à jour régulière/quotidienne/hebdo des indicateurs
- Garantir la cohérence entre le besoin et le résultat
- Accompagner le changement (présentations aux équipes/hiérarchies)
- Animer l'Innovation Participative du département

- Indicateur (tableau croisé dynamique, powerBI)
- Rigueur
- Bon relationnel
- Capacité d'animation et à embarquer / Force de propositions
