Safran Aircraft Engines recherche un-e Responsable Plan de Progrès pour la Direction des Achats .

Ses missions principales seront de :
- Construire et coordonner l'exécution du plan de progrès de la Direction des Achats
- Structurer et animer le plan d'amélioration continue sur l'ensemble des équipes en mettant en œuvre les outils méthodologiques standards du progrès et en accompagnant le changement pour assurer la pérennité des résultats
- Développer les compétences du Lean Six-Sigma en accompagnant notamment les Green Belt dans l'exécution de leur projet par le tutorat
- Participer au réseau démarche de progrès Safran Aircraft Engines

Job Requirements

Formation supérieure BAC+5, vous avez un expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans.
Leadership et aptitudes au management transversal
Capacité à conduire et accompagner le changement
Bonne aisance relationnelle
Dynamisme, créativité et autonomie
Certifié-e Black Belt.
