Job Description
Au sein d'une équipe Bureau d'Etudes et Bureau des Méthodes en charge des carters d'échappement LEAP-1B et CFM56, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) préparateur(trice) méthode pour travailler sur nos industrialisations sur les lignes de productions interne.
Vous serez responsable, en collaboration avec les autres préparateurs méthode de l'équipe, de :
- Proposer et réaliser des modifications d'industrialisation pour atteindre une gamme robuste aux objectifs coût, qualité et délai
- Constituer les Dossiers de Validation Industrielle (DVI) associés et assurer la complétude des livrables nécessaire à leur validation dans les délais définis dans la roadmap indus
- Formaliser et suivre l'avancement des demandes de prestations auprès des fonctions supports (outillage, programmation usinage, programmation MMT, …)
- Traiter les dossiers des non conformités de production (rédaction fiches de retouche, support à la production, participation aux analyses causales)
Pour mener à bien ces missions, vous serez en contact quotidien avec l'ensemble des métiers liés à la production interne (BE, compagnons des lignes de production, agents de maîtrise, qualité, programmeurs, …)
Job Requirements
De formation BAC+5 avec une expérience supérieure à 3 ans en Bureau des Méthodes avec de bonnes connaissances dans les différents process liés à la fabrication (usinage, soudage, CND, contrôle MMT, …).
Vous maîtrisez les logiciels informatiques liés à la production interne (type Plateau Industriel, 3D Experience et Catia).
Rigueur, organisation, autonomie, goût du travail en équipe et dynamisme sont des atouts indispensables pour réussir à ce poste.
