Job Description

Chargé(e) de Travaux dans le domaine du bâtiment, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Analyser les demandes de travaux des clients interne ;
- Reformuler les expressions de besoins afin de répondre au mieux aux attentes des clients ;
- Estimer les travaux (coûts et délais) ;
- Proposer des solutions ;
- Rédiger les cahiers des charges ;
- Assurer le pilotage technique et financier des projets jusqu'à la réception ;
- Assurer la sécurité des chantier dans le respect des règles SSE ;
- Réaliser des modifications de plans sur AUTOCAD et mises à jour ;

Complementary Description

Vous disposez de connaissances des métiers du bâtiment.
Vous justifiez d'une première expérience en suivi de travaux tous corps d'état.
Vous êtes particulièrement sensibilisé(e) aux différents aspects de la sécurité (sécurité des personnes mais aussi sur les différentes co-activités des chantiers).
