Job Description

Au sein d'un Bureau d'Etudes et Méthodes composé de 13 personnes, ingénieurs et techniciens, vous aurez en charge l'étude d'optimisation de contrôle des pièces du périmètre, des carters mécano-soudés du moteur M88 [Rafale] produite dans l'usine, dans le but de réduire les cycles de production et donc de réduire les coûts de production.

Objectifs,:
- Identifier les postes goulots et les opérations de contrôles les plus longues
- Identifier les leviers de réduction de coût
- Participer aux analyses d'échantillonnage des contrôles pour réduire les temps au strict nécessaire
- Suivi du déploiement de ces améliorations sur les cycles de production

D'autres chantiers pourront être réalisés en parallèle en fonction de l'avancement du sujet, comme l'amélioration des outillages de fabrication du périmètre et l'optimisation des gammes de fabrication.
