Job Description

L'apprenti-e accompagnera le responsable Plan de Progrès et l'assistante de Direction dans leurs missions de communication, dans le but de redynamiser la communication au sein de la Direction.

L'apprenti-e aura donc plus précisément pour missions :
 Harmoniser, moderniser et assurer la cohérence du réseau interne (sharepoint)
 Assister l'assistante de direction dans la création des contenus définis dans le plan de communication;
 Benchmarker des modes de communications innovants et modernes (internes SAFRAN et externe) ;
 Etudier comment intégrer les réseaux de communication actuels dans nos pratiques de communication (Teams, Yammer, etc)
 Etre force de proposition pour dynamiser l'image de la Direction à l'externe (réseaux sociaux type LinkedIn ? communication vers l'extérieur de la Direction? Affichages divers ?)

Job Requirements

Profil type management en communication et modes de communication modernes
Très bonne maitrise des outils office obligatoire (minima Word et Powerpoint)
La connaissance de Sharepoint serait un plus.
Profil pro actif et dynamique devant aller au contact des managers et opérationnels pour récolter leurs attendus et irritants.
Créatif et à l'aise à l'oral et écrit.
