The “Volontariat International en Entreprise” Program (international volunteering within an enterprise) or VIE is an attractive export support program and an excellent opportunity for people to gain solid professional experience internationally and develop their skills.

In a period of growth and opportunities of business development, Safran Ventilation Systems USA LLC is currently seeking dynamic, motivated individuals, ready to take up exciting challenges.
Based in Everett, WA, USA - focused on production and repair of aerospace ventilation systems you are our key to support France to USA transfer project and industrialization.

You will manage the following key missions:

• Project Management:
Manage planning and tasks link to the new products industrialization.
• Planning:
Guaranteeing for respect of planning, tasks and milestones.
Guaranteeing the On Time Delivery of each first produced batch parts.
• Tasks:
Manage the qualification of samples, process and assembly
Perform process risk analysis.
• Industrialization:
Build the Industrialization file – its milestones and manufacturing process.
• Reports:
Report to the Head of Operations of SAFRAN Ventilation Systems USA LLC.
Weekly inform French and US Safran Team the progress of each product development.
Inform / highlight / escalate issues without delay.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team.
• Lean Six Sigma experienced preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
