Organiser l'activité de l'atelier et de l'équipe en fonction des objectifs opérationnels (SQCDPI)
Développer la polyvalence des collaborateurs
Organiser la communication dans l'atelier, en lien avec les animateurs d'ilots et du RUAP
Veiller au 5S de l'atelier et aux respects des consignes SSE (ports des EPI, ...)
S'interfacer avec les équipes maintenances et VBF pour la réalisation des activités préventives et correctives
Identifier les besoins de recrutements, formation et participer à la tenue de l'adéquation charge/capacitaire
Promouvoir l'innovation participative
Identifier les dérives des procédés et participer aux chantiers d'expertises avec les équipes process
