Job Description

Au sein de la fonderie des Aubes de Turbines, dans la ligne de production, vous avez pour missions de :

- Réaliser des attaques macrographiques en pilotant des équipements de production,
- Vérifier le bon fonctionnement de ces installations
- Réaliser le contrôle des attaques macrographiques sur les bruts de fonderie (alliages base nickel et/ou base cobalt équiaxes, et à solidification dirigée monocristallin ou colonnaire)
- Déclarer les anomalies détectées et renseigner les systèmes qualité.
- Suivre les procédures au poste et les instructions techniques
- Participer à l'amélioration de la performance

- Polyvalence à prévoir et à construire sur les autres boucles CND (machine à mesurer MMT, centrale de contrôle dimensionnel, control visuel,...)

Job Requirements

Savoir faire
- Expérience(s) en fabrication, idéalement en aéronautique
- Connaissances et pratiques des référentiels qualités (EN9100)
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques
