Job Description

Au sein de l'unité FAN, et rattaché au responsable du pôle méthodes process boucle chaude, vos missions seront :
- D'industrialiser avec le pilote la mise en production des nouveaux équipements ou nouveaux produits (validation de gamme, étude économique, rédaction de DVI, réalisation d'essais, …) et de suivre leurs activités process pour les maitriser.
- D'apporter un soutien technique à la ligne de production sur des sujets complexes, principalement sur des activités de forge.
- Utiliser et maitriser l'outil de simulation « Forge »
- D'apporter des solutions techniques à la résolution de problèmes d'atelier.
- De proposer des améliorations dans le but d'optimiser la SSE, les conditions de travail des opérateurs, les coûts de fabrication, la productivité, le taux de conformité et la maîtrise des procédés.
- D'alerter en cas de dérives process constatées et d'y apporter des solutions.

Job Requirements

Formation technique (bac+2) orientée matériaux et préférentiellement métallurgie.
Expérience dans l'industrie, préférentiellement autour de la métallurgie et/ou du pilotage de projet.
