L'atelier de la boucle Froide de l'IUP Forge comprend dans sa gamme du pré-usinage de brut de forge avant les Contrôles Non destructif
Cet atelier est notamment constitué de 6 tours de marque « Berthiez »,
Bien que ces 6 tours soient de modèle Identique, il a été constaté que les pressions de serrage étaient différentes malgré des consignes identiques

Il s'agira donc :

• D'étudier les efforts de coupe maximum pour chacun des programmes d'usinage
• Exploiter les abaques faites par Berthiez pour déterminer les pressions mini de serrage pour chacun des programmes d'usinage.
• Proposer des optimisations en fonctions des conclusions de son stage

Job Requirements

D'un naturel sociable, le candidat devra contacter plusieurs interlocuteurs, atelier et tertiaire pour synthétiser les différentes informations.
A l'aise sur Excel, il devra exploiter des données et proposer une méthode pour continuer de manière pérenne la mesure de serrage et d'effort de coupe.

Des notions d'usinage (tournage) sont nécessaires, la connaissance de TopSolid est un plus.
