Job Description
Réaliser les projets d'industrialisation:
• Etude des procédés et choix de la stratégie d'usinage avec intéraction avec la partie contrôleur
• Spécification et/ou conception puis pilotage de la réalisation des outillages
• Etudes numériques préparatoires le cas échéant
• Spécification et/ou réalisation de la programmation des moyens d'usinage en relation avec l'atelier
• Identification et définition des outils coupants
• Mise au point sur les moyens d'usinage
• Apport des éléments nécessaires au DVI (dossier de validation industrielle)
• Archivage documentaire des documents et programmes liés à la fabrication
Définir des solutions technologiques et standardiser les meilleures pratiques disponibles
Résoudre les aléas techniques en partenariat avec la fabrication et la qualité
Supporter les ateliers de production, y compris à l'international, dans l'utilisation des procédés (anticipation, résolution de problèmes, …). Contribuer à la formation et accompagner les utilisateurs sur le terrain
Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations des procédés existants
Dans le cadre d'un nouveau moyen industriel, participation au choix technologique.
Job Requirements
Profil expérimenté avec un bac + 2/3 mécanique en fraisage 5 axes.
