Au sein de Safran Aircraft Engines, sur le site de Gennevilliers, dans l'unité Forge, l'ingénieur-e Pôle Technique - Méthodes Atelier support production fera partie de l'équipe Pôle Technique de la Boucle Froide.
Ses missions seront les suivantes:
- Analyse des déclarations d'anomalies et définition d'une solution de traitement.
- Rédaction des gammes de récupération des anomalies.
- Solde des déclarations d'anomalies après reprise des pièces en usinage ou contrôle et ultrason.
- Suivi des pièces en anomalie pendant la phase de récupération.
- Analyse et pilotage des demandes de rebut.
- Pilotage des fonction support sur les activités d'amélioration ou t'optimisation process.

Job Requirements

Vous êtes rigoureux-se et autonome.
De formation initiale technique (bac+2/bac+3) telle que la conception, la productique ou l'électromécanique, vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe méthode.
Des connaissances dans le domaine des ultrasons, de l'usinage et du traitement de surface seraient un plus.
Maitrise Catia V5/V6 et Pack Office impératif.
Rédaction de synthèses/reporting dans les outils internes.
