Job Description

Au sein de l'unité de production Forge qui réalise des pièces tournantes, vous rejoignez le secteur fin de gamme.
Vos principales missions pour les opérations de contrôleur/contrôleuse macrographie/ micrographie sont respectivement :

- Conduire les installations manuelles de traitement de surface
- Procéder aux attaques chimiques et Contrôler les pièces
- Enregistrer le suivi des bains
- Préparer les pièces en polissant les points de contrôle sur la pièce, puis en réalisant des attaques chimiques locales
- Contrôler les points ainsi préparés à l'aide de microscope portatif par rapport à un référentiel
- Identifier les anomalies éventuelles et les analyser et émettre les demandes de dérogation le cas échéant
- Compléter les dossiers qualités et de suivi de fabrication
- Acheminer les pièces au poste suivant
