Job Description

Au sein de l'Unité Forge de la Direction Industrielle, nous recherchons un ou une assistant-e pour une unité de production d'environ 200 personnes.

Les missions sont les suivantes :

- Gestion et diffusion de l'information au sein de l'unité (courrier, notes, affichages…)

- Organisation de l'agenda du Comité de Direction de l'Unité (planification des instances récurrentes et exceptionnelles)

- Gestion des fournitures (suivi des stocks, commandes)

- Support pour l'organisation des missions

- Gestion des salles de réunion et vestiaires de l'unité (attribution des casiers et suivi des demandes de travaux)

- Support pour l'organisations d'événements de l'unité (célébrations, visites, présentation des résultats…)

- Correspondant Informatique de l'Unité

D'autres missions pourront être confiées en fonction des besoins.

Job Requirements

Titulaire d'un diplôme assistant(e) de direction/manager ou équivalent

Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques : Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, et les outils spécifiques Safran Aircraft Engines (Sharepoint, Ariba, TravelCash).

Vous êtes doté-e d'un très bon relationnel, et vous faîtes preuve de rigueur, d'organisation et de discrétion dans vos activités.
