Job Description

Au sein de la Direction Industrielle et plus particulièrement du Centre d'Excellence Industrielle (CEI) Aubes de Turbine, vous travaillerez au sein de la ligne Machines.
La ligne Machines se compose de 4 ateliers : Ramp Up, TQL Géo., Rectification et Perçage.
Vous serez au sein de l'équipe rectification.
Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Respecter les règles SSE de l'établissement ;
- Remonter des déviations et proposer des actions d'amélioration ;
- Tenir la cadence de production objectif ;
- Conduite des machines à commande numérique ( rectification
conventionnel sur FPLC ou Danobat pour des opérations d'ébauche, rectification sur des cellules automatisées type HAAS ou Viper, fraisage sur Makino F3)
- Connaître et respecter les fondamentaux de la qualité (ex : respect des Instructions de travail, validation des opérations en informatique, renseignement des cartes de contrôle…)
- Participer aux actions de progrès de la ligne (ex : IP, 5S, projet de réduction des cycles…)
