Job Description

Dans le cadre de ses activités R&T, Safran Transmission Systems souhaite améliorer un procédé de rectification de son atelier de fabrication prototype.
Avec l'aide des équipes fabrication et industrialisation (et éventuellement de fournisseurs), il s'agira :
- d'améliorer les outils utilisés et d'évaluer de nouveaux outils.
- de construire un modèle théorique de rectification
- d'optimiser les paramètres de rectification
- d'améliorer la lubrification
- d' exploiter les données process , et mettre sous contrôle les paramètres influents.
- de réaliser des essais d'usinage et/ou un plan d'expérience
- de rédiger le retour d'expérience et créer un outil de génération de paramètres.

Job Requirements

Etudiant BAC +2 à BAC +5 dans un cursus mécanique et industriel
Gout du travail de terrain
Autonomie, curiosité, organisation.
