Job Description
1) Aide au pilotage de fournisseurs internationaux avec le tuteur:
- Contribution à la négociation des conditions des contrats avec les fournisseurs internationaux
- Participation à la mise à jour des stratégies d'achat par fournisseurs en lien avec la stratégie d'achat par famille de pièces
- Aide au traitement des litiges factures
- Contribution à la gestion du panel fournisseurs existant (gestion administrative des contrats, mise à jour des prix via l'ERP, suivi de la performance, application des pénalités, établissement des documents export control, etc)
2) Mise en place d'outils de pilotage du service (activité globale, contrats, etc)
Job Requirements
Etudiant en Bac +4/5 : Master / Ecole de commerce
Caractéristiques candidat :
- Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
- Rigueur
- Très bonne maitrise d'Excel
- Autonomie
- Capacité à s'adapter à un environnement mouvant (équipes transverses)
- Appétence pour les sujets techniques
- Bon niveau d'anglais
Vous avez également un excellent sens relationnel et êtes un "team player" dont les actions peuvent profiter à l'ensemble du Département Achats.
