Pilotage des évaluations/ Réévaluations de Poste
Participer aux inspections de terrain et le suivi du plan d'action de la CSSCT
Soutenir les managers de ligne et de proximité dans l'animation de la SSE au quotidien
Réaliser des Gemba
Planifier les Inspections Générales Planifiées et renforcer les Inspections Générales Planifiées croisées
Proposer un calendrier d'évènements autour des thématiques SSE (je vois j'agis-Quizz-déplacement ...)

Complementary Description

Participation à la CSSCT
Intervention dans les différents QRQC1 et 2
Pilotage des indicateurs SSE
Participation au copil SSE du secteur en soutien au référent

Job Requirements

Titulaire d'un Bac ou Bac + 2 dans le domaine de la Santé/Sécurité au Travail.
Bon contact terrain
Connaissance de la réglementation HSE
Compétence en pilotage de projet
