Job Description

Au sein du site Safran Aircraft Engines de Châtellerault spécialisé dans la réparation de pièces de moteurs d'avions, contribuer au déploiement de la démarche d'amélioration continue (5S, QRQC; One Safran; DMAIC …)
les principales missions/activités :

-accompagner les opérationnels dans le déploiement et l'utilisation des outils de l'amélioration continue ;
-animer des chantiers 5S et réaliser des évaluations 5S avec les managers ;
-anime des ateliers d'Innovation Partcipative
-participe à la mise en place de Comité progrès trimestriels
-participer aux chantiers d'excellence opérationnelle One Safran ;
-piloter des projets pour améliorer la performance QCD.

Dans le cadre de la transformation digitale de l'entreprise, identifier des axes de progrès et développer des outils Power BI.

Job Requirements

Elève ingénieur (école généraliste) ou master spécialisé dans l'amélioration continue.
De nature organisé(e), vous maitrisez des outils d'amélioration continue (5S; lean) idéalement acquis lors d'une première expérience (alternance ou stages).

Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques suivants : Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Power BI.
