Job Description

Le Département Engineering de la Division Réparation est le garant de l'industrialisation des nouvelles réparations. Enfin, il intervient au quotidien en support de la production.

Le/La Pilote Industrialisation a pour mission de:
- Définir le budget des projets qui lui seront confiés
- Créer le déroulé opératoire des industrialisations dont il aura la charge
- Valider techniquement les process mis en oeuvre
- Respecter le processus d'industrialisation (DVI/DVR) et être le garant de la tenue des jalons.
- Assurer le suivi du projet jusqu'à la mise en production (1er article)
- Rédiger la documentation technique
- Former les opérateurs
- Etre le support technique pour les équipes de production

Le/La Pilote Industrialisation est en interface avec les équipes de production, la Qualité et s'appuie sur les Référents Procédés.

Job Requirements

Bac+2 expérimenté à Bac+5

Capacité à piloter des équipes pluridisciplinaires

Connaissances mécaniques et métallurgiques

Curiosité et bon relationnel

Notions d'organisation de production (Flux, Cadencement, Lean, etc...)

La connaissance de l'environnement aéronautique est un plus.
