Job Description
Au sein du service RH Sud, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :
- Mise en œuvre des actions formation
- Suivi et mise à jour de l'avancement des dossiers dans les outils de gestion
- Lancement, suivi et analyse des évaluations à chaud et à froid
- Participation à la préparation du plan prévisionnel N+1 en lien avec les managers
- Gestion administrative des demandes d'achat formation
- Participation au suivi des indicateurs de performance formation
Job Requirements
De formation BAC+3/4 Universitaire/Ecole de Commerce avec une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines, vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience en Ressources Humaines ?
Vous êtes autonome, organisé-e et savez faire preuve d'initiative ?
Vous avez un excellent sens du relationnel ?
Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques ?
