Au sein de la Direction Transformation & Progrès, vous intégrez une équipe pluridisciplinaire qui contribue à l'amélioration de la performance d'un processus ou d'une activité. Votre mission est de créer les communications pour promouvoir l'amélioration et l'innovation.
Vos activités principales sont :
Réalisation de supports de Communication permettant de mieux présenter les activités du pôle Progrès, recenser les demandes de support.
Mise en œuvre d'un outil de pilotage des projets & activités menés par l'équipe
Contribuer aux activités menées par l'équipe Démarche de progrès (Préparation & participation à des ateliers de travail, suivi/réalisation d'actions notamment liées à la documentation / Conduite de changement qui sont assez récurrentes dans nos activités)

Job Requirements

Capacités relationnelles et rédactionnelles, esprit de synthèse
Connaissance des outils Sharepoint / Teams souhaitée

Formation en BAC+3 minimum
