Job Requirements
- Secondary school/university in a technical field
- Optimally two years of experience in a similar position
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Knowledge of quality management tools (8D, PDCA, 5Why, FMEA, FTA, ...)
- Ability to analyze the root causes of quality problems
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 or AS 9100 standards
- Experience with internal, external audits
- Communication, presentation, ability to negotiate
