Senior HR Specialist

- Participate in company collective activities, organization, planning, coordination and implementation of HR projects;
- Employee Relationship Management. Report employee feedback to management and take action if applicable.
- Commercial Insurance Management.
- Attendance Management.
- Provide monthly reports required by HQ/Government/ Internal departments; Ensure all important and confidential information are well recorded and filed.
- Manage HR department administrative activities (uniforms/stationary/Team building/…)
- Support the local HR affaires assigned by HRM.

REQUIREMENTS:
Working experience:
- 5 years' experience and above in Human Resources

Education:
- University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor Degree) in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Language:
- Good level in written and spoken for English and Chinese Mandarin;

Skills:
- Good level in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Power Point and Excel);
- Good interpersonal and communications skills;

Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of labor law.

- Confidentiality, credibility and integrity are essential
