Production Quality Engineer

- 根据客户授权及公司流程标准等准备及验证DVI-PPAP;用APQP的方法评估及提升内部工业化；
Prepare and validate the product DVI-PPAP (Dossier Validation Industrial – Production Part Approval Process) per customer delegation and SAFRAN procedures, perform APQP assessment and improve industrial quality via “right first time” methodology;

- 就客户蓝图（2D&3D）标识气泡, 确定零件的可测量性和合适的检验方式，制定产品终检计划，确保产品生产控制方法及计划（如检验，MSA，SPC等）符合公司DVI流程&产品特征等级要求,稳健运行，并持续改进；
Bubble customer 2D & 3D drawing, assess product measurability and appropriate measurement method, create final inspection plan, ensure product production control methods & plan (incl. inspection, MSA, SPC) be defined to the DVI and characteristics ranking requirements and run in robust way. Continuously improve.

- 处理客户质量投诉，运用相关质量工具(8D, 鱼骨图，5Why,因果树, 制程图,人为因素等)领导内部调查，跟踪整改有效性，经验分享, PFMEA更新。
Handle customer quality complaint and internal non-quality issues by using tools 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, FTA，IPO, HOF and etc. follow up closely with customer and internal team on containment, casual analysis, corrective & preventive actions, lesson learnt spreading, PFMEA refreshment.

- 执行内审，发布审核报告及追踪不符合项整改行动的及时关闭；
Conducts product / process audit, establish audit report in ETQ system and drumbeat corrective actions and SCAR Close in time.

- 领导及并实施过程，产品或全面质量改进行动，提升与减少不良直接相关的那些过程的有效性;
Leads and performs process and overall quality improvement activities that produces improved efficiency of processes directly associated with reducing events of non-quality.

- 识别质量保证风险，创建更新内部流程，作业指导，表单及组织相应的培训，员工质量资质认证;
Identify risk and gap related quality assurances, establish or refresh internal procedures, work instructions, forms, including associated training for internal team, qualify & certify operators and inspectors.

- 支持PFMEA的部署实施，支持质量大数据电子化改进, 整合提升数据的收集，分析的产出及效率。
Support implementation of PFMEA, support digitalization of quality data management, integrate and improve data collection, analysis output and efficiency.

本科机械专业Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering

- （工作经验要求Experiences）
o 5年或以上机械方面工作经验 5 years' above related work experience in mechanical industry
o 熟悉零部件和装配流程 Familiar with components and assembly processing flow
o 熟悉所有质量改进工具的使用以及精益西格玛的意识Familiar with the usage of all quality improvement tools as well we lean sigma awareness
