-Reporting & filing
Be focal people for the personal file management in HR System, as well as On boarding/ Off boarding/ Internal Transfer when needs.
Ensure all important and confidential information are well recorded and filed.
Provide monthly reports required by HQ/Government/ Internal departments.
Facilitate, organize company event, support all kinds of Company level HR activities.
Report employee feedback to management and take action if applicable.
Company level survey organization.
-HR projects support
Support the different local HR projects assigned by HRM.
Manage HR department administrative activities (uniforms/stationary/employee apartment/ Team building/ Housing Loan tracking…).
-Other jobs required by HRM when necessary.
-1-3 years' experience in Human Resources.
-University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree) in Human Resources, Administration, Business Administration or a related discipline.
-Good level in written and spoken for English and Chinese Mandarin;
-French is a plus.
-Good level in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Power Point and Excel);
-Good interpersonal and communications skills.
-Good knowledge of labor law, customer mindset.
-Confidentiality, credibility and integrity are essential;
-Self-motivated, autonomic and professional;
-Good capability of reporting and well-organized;
-Sense of team spirit.
