Quality Assurance Engineer Intern

Non-conformity treatment
- Assist QA to treat non-conformity events in manufacturing line

Quality investigation and improvement
- Assist to monitor and report regularly the quality KPI of products
- Assist to investigate the root causes of scrap, recurrent non-conformity or other
issues which weaken the quality
- Monitor containment/corrective actions to improve the quality of products
- Contribute to reduce non quality cost
- Participate GB/HF project to reach continuous improvement
- Popularize quality awareness to manufacturing line

DVI (Industrial validation of processes)
- Contribute to the achievement of T-milestones and process robust

Audit / surveillance
- Support internal audit and external audits(OSAC,QMS,NADCAP,PPA……)
- Contribute on-site audit in manufacturing line

Education: Bachelor degree or above majoring in mechanical engineering, material or other related majors

Technical skills: Mechanics and material knowledge

Other skills:
- Good at communication, good teamwork, innovation spirit
- Good at MS office use
- Good oral and written communication skills with English, good French is a plus
