Assembly Design Engineer

• Support the new product industrialization and ramp up plan
• Facilitate the communication between local engineering team and SAE French engineering team on technical problem solving
• Support local engineering team for process initiating and improvement, to guarantee process robustness.
• Support local engineering team for process risk analysis (PFMEA, ergonomics, human factor, FOD, etc.).
• Responsible for local engineering team skill development
• Responsible for piloting process improvement related projects, working on implementation of actions.
• Guarantee the compliance of assembly process toward to customer specification and applicable international standard.
• Technical support for other process/tooling related requests.

• Bachelor or above degree in material / mechanical engineering.
• Working experience in Villaroche assembly line
• Good oral and written communication skills with French & English.
• Strong ability to read and understand drawings, good GD&T knowledge
• Skilled in Office Software and CAD/3D modeling Software
• Knowledge of problem solving and quality improvement (8D, 5why, fishbone, etc.).
• Quick leaning capability, project management spirit, good teamwork, risk awareness, quality and innovation spirit.
• Be able to work in cross functionally in a foreign country
