Process Engineer

Responsible for adhering to all HSE required safety procedures in performing daily work activities.
Responsible for adhering to all Quality policies and rules required in performing daily work activities.
Responsible of the “standards” for the assigned process.
1)Define, formalize and update the process standard documents (version of the process work instructions, procedures and instructions...)
2)Able to make critical study of the existing standards
3)Make sure that the process standards are compliant with the customer's requirements.

Responsible of the modifications of the assigned process that can have impact on products.
Responsible of the modifications that can have impact on the assigned process.
1)Communicate with the product engineer during the development or improvement of the process, and focus on the company KPI.
2)Pilot new process or its improvements and reports
3)Pilot the trials closely with concerned departments of the company to validate modifications that have impact on products.
4)Work closely with all the departments concerned of the company for the identification of the potential improvements of the process

Responsible of the improvement plan of his process to reach the target of quality, cost, manufacturing time.
1)Monitor its process quality rate and manage the relevant actions by using solving problems methods.
2)In a case of a major technical issue put in place and pilot a multidisciplinary workshop group and use quality resolution tools.

Report periodically on the global situation of his process scope to his manager.

1.Bachelor or master degree in casting, materials, metallurgical or mechanical specialties is preferred.
2.Good English level.
3.Responsible, rigorous, autonomous, team spirit.
4.French speaking is a plus.
