Job Description

Production Planner
• Create monthly/weekly/daily production activity plan, and ensure the on time delivery;
• Track and monitor monthly and weekly production plan fulfill status, coordinate with related departments to complete production plan and delivery plan on time;
• Lead action plan with related departments to improve the production plan/OTD performance;
• Monitor if all work orders have been closed on time and correctly;
Procurement
• Order process and chase-up delivery with supplier, coordinate with SAE customs team if needed
• Regular procurement reports preparations
• Shortage control: To secure supply of materials without shortage: daily review materials stock and call in materials impact production and customer order delivery;
• Supplier Risk identification and escalation
• Relationship and performance management with supplier
• Operational supplier support to quality/Production
• Launch payment requests
• Coordinate ongoing orders with Safran Purchasing of non-production materials
Warehouse
• Follow regulation to implement receive, issue, storage, pickup and delivery materials, customs issues, complete the corresponding system operation in time
• Follow arrangement to perform cycle counting and routine count, ensure physical stock accuracy with system record, and physically in good status
• Manage the SAE stores people at our disposition. Schedules, daily tasks, etc.
• Ensure timely and accurate goods shipment from warehouse
• To adhere the basic principles of the warehouse management, such as FIFO, serial control and lot control
• Follow physical inventory and space occupation status to adjust location for storage materials
Facilities and Tooling
• Responsible for the management of tooling (calibration cycle, accuracy of DecaV8)
• Ensure that the production team have the required tooling to perform their tasks (procurement, maintenance)
• Prepare budget and manage new investments. Work with leadership on supplier specifications, SSC, etc.
• Liaise with Safran Aircraft Engines for the maintenance of the facility and for any new projects in SNSZ
• Implementation of green initiatives related to the reduction of CO2 as part of the Safran strategy
Other Activities
• Coordinating with HSE Manager
• Responsible for 5S practice and maintenance
• Other tasks arranged by the Operations Director

Job Requirements

- Mandatory
o At least 5 years of experience in aviation,
 Preferably an CCAR-145 approved repair facility in China
 Respect of quality standards and tools of continuous improvement, 5S, HSE, environmental stewardship
o Experience in an MRO environment and knowledge of the regulatory framework
o Strong interpersonal skills
 Communication skills, report writing and presentation skills
 Autonomy in the respect of the modus operandi
 Appreciate to work in team, good relationship, attentive, rigorous and careful
o Knowledge of aerostructures repair and maintenance
o English communication in both speech and written format
o Competent with IT tools such as WFG, Office and willing to learn MINT

- Desirable
o Certified within the CCAR-145 system
o In depth knowledge of Safran Nacelles products
o Proven leadership skills and the ability to mobilize teams around a common goal and to work independently
