- Participate and implement payroll governance management
参与并实施发薪合规管理
- Backup of Payroll Supervisor
后备薪酬主管
- Assist to do manpower cost budget and data analysis
协助完成人力成本预算和各类数据分析
- Participate in HR local & global projects
参与本地和全球的人力资源项目
- Other tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in human resources related is preferred
本科及以上学历,人力资源专业优先
- Rigorous and details oriented, sensitive to numbers
严谨细致,对数字敏感
- Strong sense of confidentiality
保密意识强
-Good communication skills and analytical skills
良好的的沟通能力和分析能力
- 2-3 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits domain are preferred
2-3年薪酬福利领域经验者优先
- Excellent at excel and PPT, be familiar with Power BI is a plus
熟练掌握EXCEL和PPT,了解Power BI优先
- Fluent English speaking and writing ability
流利的英语口语和书面能力
- Have good professional ethics, confidentiality awareness and sense of responsibility
