Job Description
• Sales Administrators contribute to customer satisfaction
by ensuring regular and proactive communications as part
of the administrative management of contracts and orders
• They act as the interface between customers, the Commercial
Department, Programs, Production/MRO, Supply Chain
and Finance. They help cascade contractual objectives
and coordinate the orders management through to billing.
They assist with the resolution of disputes arising from
outstanding bills
• Sales Administrators produce and/or use and/or complete
reports and process indicators. They help ensure that the
company's objectives are achieved, especially in terms
of administrative processing of
